If you do not agree, please stop using the Services immediately.

You are responsible for:

  • Not sharing your account with others
  • Securing your device and authentication codes

Notify PoshPay immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to keep your information updated. PoshPay may request additional verification at any time.

3. Use of Our Services

You agree not to use PoshPay for:

  • Fraud, scams, or unlawful activity
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Unauthorized or suspicious transactions
  • Abusive, threatening, or harmful behavior
  • Interfering with the Services or bypassing security features

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

4. Wallets, Payments & Transactions

A. Wallet Functionality

PoshPay provides digital wallet services that allow you to:

  • Store funds
  • Make payments
  • Transfer money
  • Fund betting wallets
  • Pay bills
  • Purchase tickets or other supported products

B. Transaction Limits

Transaction limits may vary depending on:

  • Verification level
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Risk assessments
  • Usage patterns

C. Fees

Certain transactions may incur fees. All fees will be displayed before you complete a transaction.

D. Reversals, Chargebacks & Fraud

PoshPay may reverse a transaction or restrict funds if:

  • A chargeback is initiated
  • The transaction violates these Terms

5. Compliance With KYC/AML Regulations

PoshPay complies with financial regulations. You agree to:

If you fail to comply, PoshPay may limit or close your account.

6. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions or failures of third-party providers but will take reasonable measures to ensure security.

Your use of PoshPay is governed by the PoshPay Privacy Policy.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

PoshPay may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected

Upon termination:

  • You remain responsible for any outstanding obligations

10. Service Availability

PoshPay is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee:

  • Compatibility with all devices

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoshPay is not liable for:

  • Loss of funds due to your negligence
  • Technical issues caused by your device or network
  • Errors from third-party providers
  • Delays in payment processing
  • Lost profits, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the service fees you paid (if any) in the 90 days before the incident.

You agree to indemnify and protect PoshPay from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse or fraudulent activities
  • Disputes involving your account or transactions

13. Updates to These Terms

PoshPay may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be communicated through the app, email, or website.
Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria .
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that region.
